Terms of Service

Last updated: April 23, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the commercial relationship between Leo Braga Consulting ("the consultancy", "we") and its clients ("client", "you") for paid-media consulting services, campaign management, and reporting delivered through third-party APIs.

1. Scope of Services

Leo Braga Consulting provides:

2. Account Access Authorization

To provide services that involve reading data through APIs (Google Ads API, Google Analytics Data API, Meta Marketing API, etc.), the client must explicitly authorize access from our Manager/Business account to their account, via the official linking flows of each platform (OAuth2, MCC link request, Business Manager invitation).

The client may revoke this access at any time directly from the relevant platform's dashboard without prior notice.

3. Use of Accessed Data

Data accessed through APIs is used exclusively to deliver the reports, dashboards, and recommendations contracted by the client. We do not use one client's data to benefit another, we do not resell data, and we do not share it with unauthorized third parties.

Full details on data handling are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Limitation of Liability

Leo Braga Consulting is not responsible for:

5. Confidentiality

All business information shared by the client (strategy, budget, results, metrics) is treated as confidential and is never shared with third parties — including other clients of the consultancy.

6. Data Ownership

All client account data (campaigns, metrics, history) remains the full property of the client. The consultancy has only authorized access to deliver the contracted services, and this access may be revoked at any time.

Reports, dashboards, and methodologies developed by the consultancy remain the intellectual property of Leo Braga Consulting, but the client receives an unlimited use license for the deliverables produced under the contract.

7. Compliance With Platform Policies

Our use of third-party APIs strictly follows:

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the contractual relationship with prior notice as defined in the individual service contract. Upon termination:

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated to active clients with reasonable advance notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ — Brazil, with express waiver of any other forum.
